TopoScout runs on its own, so most of what you might need is already handled without waiting on anyone. For everything else, there is a real person at the other end.

Three things people usually write in about are self-serve:
Reports take minutes to produce. Depending on workload and where your order lands in the queue, it can be about an hour before it reaches your inbox.
If yours is taking unusually long, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.
The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Locations outside that are not supported yet.
No. TopoScout reports are compiled from public data for preliminary research and planning. They are not a substitute for a field survey, a stamped engineering report, or independent verification. See the Terms for the full statement.
Your card is authorized when you order and only charged once the files are delivered. If the report never generates, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
