TopoScout ("we," "us," "our") is a California-based online service. It grew out of years in the field — and the conviction that the slow, manual way of gathering site information was overdue for a better tool. Today TopoScout assembles public site data into a job-ready report in minutes, not days. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. Reports themselves are built from public government/geospatial data sources, which do not involve your personal information.
We retain order records and generated report files for as long as needed to provide the Service, support you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify them. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below.
Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it (we do neither). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including processing payments through a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site and complete checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
